Welcome to elitesportsmed.org (the “Site”), operated by Elite Sports Medicine. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Educational content — not medical advice

All content on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician. Using the Site, submitting an appointment request, or communicating with the front-desk chat assistant does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Individual results of any treatment vary; no outcome is guaranteed.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use this Site for urgent medical needs.

Appointment requests

Submitting the appointment request form is a request only. An appointment is not scheduled or confirmed until our staff contacts you. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form.

Front-desk assistant

The chat assistant is an automated tool that answers general questions about the practice. Its responses are generated by software, may contain errors, and are not medical advice. Confirm any important information with our staff by phone.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and images — are the property of Elite Sports Medicine or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written permission. Third-party product names on the Site (for example MAKO, MISHA, MACI, and DOLORCLAST) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify those products; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, submitting false or unlawful content, or using automated tools to overload its services.

Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to and embeds from third-party services (such as Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Sports Medicine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these terms affects the professional duties owed to patients in connection with medical care actually provided by the practice.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County or Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
